Your use of this website and any materials available herein identifies that you agree to the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to ?Terms of Use?).  If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately (hereinafter referred to as ?Site?, not use any of the materials available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS.

2. All Materials downloaded from Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography is licensed to you by Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography  Downloading these Materials does not transfer any title from these Materials to you, or any intellectual property rights therein to you. 
   
   
3. You may under no circumstances redistribute or sell this content at any time, and it is illegal to duplicate, download, or distribute any Materials from Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography except for your use, which is subject to the Usage Guidelines.

6. You may use the downloaded images only for the purpose as outlined in the licence you purchase. The licences available include editorial and small scale commercial ( brochure, catalogue etc). Should you wish to purchase an image for use in a large scale advertising or PR campaign or for use in or on a commercial product you must contact us.
7. Prints purchased from this site are for personal and home decorative use only. No licence to use the image for any commercial or editorial use is implicit in the purchase of any print from this site.
   
8. Electronic storage.
   Save for the purposes of reproduction for the licensed use(s), the pictures may not be stored in any form of electronic medium.
9. Payment of trade accounts.
   By opening a trade account you agree to pay all invoices within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment is due on all downloads and is not conditional on publication or use. Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date full payment is made. Also in accordance with European Directive 2000/35/EC, a debt recovery fee of £40 may be charged on all overdue invoices. All invoices are in GB pounds sterling and payment will be made in GB pounds sterling by the user who in the case of users outside the UK undertakes to pay any costs of currency conversion and bank charges relating to currency conversion.
   
10. VAT.                                                                                                               All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. Mediaphotos - Roger Donovan Photography is registered for VAT in the UK and the relevant VAT or tax will be added to all costs.
    
11. Liability.
    All images on this site are available for editorial or commercial use but it must be noted that unless otherwise stated no model or property release exists for any pictures and it is the users responsibilty to ensure that all necessary clearances have been obtained to allow the pictures to be published. Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography accepts no liability for any consequential loss resulting from the supply of pictures for whatever reason or for any claim or action brought by any person or organisation portrayed in the pictures.
    
    
     

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE SITE, Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT OR THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THE SITE IS DELIVERED "AS IS."
