How do I buy prints or download images?
To view more details for a photo click on the photo or click the Details link under the photo.
To buy a print, firstly select the product and then click Add To Cart to add the photo to your shopping cart.
To download a digital image click " Show Digital Licence Options" and then select the licence option you require by clicking the add to cart button alongside the licence.
You can always remove your selections later. If you would like to view your cart you can click View Cart at any time.

How do I use My Lightbox?
To use your lightbox you must firstly register and then log in to the site. Images can be added to your lightbox by clicking the lightbox icon beaneath each image. You can then view, finalise and place your order from your lightbox. You can also e-mail your selection to friends or colleagues.

What format are the photos in?
All Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography.

Do you offer refunds?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your print purchase please return your print to us at once together with a note outlining your issues. We will do all we can to rectify the situation.
Once a digital download / licence purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
If you have any problems with your purchases, please contact us immediately.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography photos that I download?
Yes. While Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Images can only be used for the purpose as outlined in the purchased licence. The licences available online are for editorial and small scale commercial use only. Should you wish to use an image for large scale commercial or advertising use you must contact us to arrange an appropriate licence.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Media Photos - Roger Donovan Photography prints that I buy?
Yes. All prints purchased are for personal use only and they should not be copied or used for any commercial or editorial purpose.

How can I use the photographs in our literature/magazine/newspaper?
You can purchase from our list of Additional Licensing Options instead of the standard print. You will find this option on each of the Photo Detail pages and it offers the same instant download with the license paid for. To see the available options, please check out here. Whilst a large number of licence options are available should you wish to use an image in a large scale advertising promotion or in or on a commercial product or for any use not covered by our standard licence you must contact us.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

I am a Business/Company User and would like to be invoiced for my purchases
We are able to invoice for instant downloads and you will not be required to pay up front. To apply for a Trade Account you should check the box "Apply for a Trade Account" when you register. If you have already registered for the site, please log a Support Request. We will contact you in due course and if sucessful you will be able to download files using the "Trade User" option. You may be required to produce proof of your company and supply relevant bank details.

I have used the Trade User payment option and I cannot see my download
You may not be an authorised Trade User and in which case you will be unable to obtain instant downloads without payment using PayPal. If you wish to apply for a Trade Account or believe you are a Trade User, please log a Support Request.

What is Online Image Hosting?
This service is aimed at our PR and commercial clients and is intended to help you handle large numbers of images. We host the images we have taken for you in a password protected area on our site that will allow you 24 hour access to your images. No longer will you need to search through piles of cd's to locate the image you want. Simply search on our site and download the picture of your choice. Alternatively you can allow others access to your password protected area so they can find the image themselves. We can also host your images in the open areas of our site allowing free access to the pictures to any of our site users. Contact us to arrange this cost effective service.

• VAT is charged at 15% for all customers in the UK.
• For customers in the EU but outside of the UK, VAT at 15% will be charged on all prints. VAT will not be charged on digital downloads providing that they are paid for separately from prints.
• Customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT on any products.
